Delivery details
Due to some factors like size and weight of different fabrics we can’t be certain of the weight of your package until it is ready for shipping. So We will contact you if additional shipping payment is needed. This is for international and inster-state clients.
For international orders, We use UPS and FedEx and charge the rate for 0-2 kg when placing your order. If you prefer dhl you can also request that we use them to ship your package.
For interstate deliveries we charge 6000 and we mostly use GIGL. You can request the use of any other services. You would be charged for any extra cost if the need arises

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are made within 24 hours of delivery
Because most of our outfits are made to run big as a result of styles. We make exchanges on outfits that are small only.
Before any exchange is made, We request that the customer send a video explaining why the outfit needs to be exchanged.
All deliveries are borne solely by the customers and we would not be responsible for any form of delivery.
There is options for pickup both in Lagos and Abuja branch and you can always walk in to make your exchange within the stipulated time frame.
